This is the 4th Sunday after Epiphany. It is back to the Green season and this will last until Lent begins on Ash Wednesday (Feb 18) . The worship service is at 9 am. It is also live streamed and can be viewed on YouTube and Facebook. Find the links here. Stay for coffee hour if you can!
The annual parish meeting will be held this Sunday, Feb. 1 after the service and it will be accompanied by a potluck brunch. This is an important meeting as we look to the future of our parish, so everyone is encouraged to attend.
Next Sunday, Feb. 8 is the Souper Bowl of Caring! Read about it here. This is a program to help the hungry in our nation on a day when millions of people will be celebrating at parties. Bring $1 or 1 food item to church that day.
Starting in Feburary, we will read a book together titled, Angels of the Bible: Finding Grace, Beauty, and Meaning, by the Very Rev. Kate Moorehead. If you are interested in reading it, sign up on the sheet in the parish hall. The church will order the books and pay for them. Read it on your own, then we will meet together to talk about it.
