This is the 11th Sunday after Pentecost (Proper 13). We will use a third alternative Eucharist for the month of August.
This is the final week for our Summer Sunday Fun-day program.
Last Saturday, members of St. Thomas' gathered with parishioners of St. Elizabeth's and Church of the Holy Spirit for a barbecue at Church of the Holy Spirit. The food was great-lots of barbecued meats, great salads made with fresh greens and about 20 different desserts! View the photos by clicking on the Facebook link to the right.
Thanks to the SPLASH program sponsored by the Jonnycake Center of Westerly, there is free food available for distribution every Tuesday at the church from 9:30-10:30 am.
Every Friday St. Thomas' is at the Charlestown Farmer's Market selling items made by 1000 Jobs Haiti. It is a a fabulous market with many different types of things for sale. Come for a visit between 9:30-12 noon.
School supplies will be distributed at St. Thomas' on Sunday, Aug 25 at 10am
