This Sunday is All Saints' Day- it is one of the major feast days in the Episcopal Church Calendar. There is no church school this week. Children are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to church this week. As part of the liturgy, the names of loved ones who have died will be read aloud. Bring in a photo of your loved one to display in church this week. Read the tab at the top of the page to learn how All Saints' Day and Halloween are connected.
Next Sunday, Nov. 8, is the annual Veterans' Day Celebration. Worship is at 9 am followed by a special coffee hour reception at 10am. Veterans are encouraged to bring in some of their memorabla to display.
The 2 Eagle Scout projects at St. Thomas' have been completed! New pavers adorn the walkway and front garden and there is now a peaceful mediation area in the back of the church. Thanks to all of the scouts from Troop 45 Exeter and Troop 15 Charlestown for their hard work on these projects. And special thanks to the 2 young men who will soon be Eagles!
