This is the 9th Sunday after Pentecost (Proper 11). Worship this Sunday is at 9am in an air conditioned sanctuary adorned with garden flowers and spirit filled music. Come join us!!
As part of the weekly Sunday liturgy at St. Thomas',we are including a prayer from the Book of Common Prayer titled, For the Human Family (it is posted on the right). Our Presiding Bishop, Michael Curry, has suggested that we pray this prayer as struggle with the ongoing tragedies that befall our nation and our world (there are copies of the prayer available at the church, also).
St. Thomas' will be selling items for 1000 Jobs Haiti at the Charlestown Farmer's Market located on the grounds of Church of the Holy Spirit. Come visit every Friday from 9:30-1pm throughout the summer.
