This is the 1st Sunday in Lent. Church school will meet. Lent is the season that precedes Easter. It lasts for 40 days. To learn more about Lent, click on the tab at the top of the page.
There will be a community hike this Saturday, Feb. 29, at the Ninigret Wildlife Refuge. This is sponsored by the Chariho Youth Task Force . Visit their website for all of the details.
Join us in reading a book during Lent! We will read A Resurrection Shaped Life by the Rt. Rev. Jake Owensby. You can order the book yourself or sign up on the sheet in the parish hall. We will meet after church on March 29 to discuss it.. Also during Lent, we will have Prayer Pals. We will commit to praying for a particular member of the parish. Everyone is welcome to take part.
