This is All Saints' Sunday. All Saints' Day is November 1 and this is the one feast day in the church calendar that can be celebrated on the Sunday after the holiday.The will be no church school this week. Children (and adults!) are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to church that day. Did you know that Halloween and All Saints' Day are connected? Remember to turn your clocks back one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.
On Sunday, Nov. 9, there will be a special Veterans' Day Celebration. We welcome all veterans and their families to join us that day.
The Diocese will hold its annual convention on Saturday, Nov. 8 at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Portsmouth. St. Thomas' will send 2 delegates- the vicar and a lay delegate. For more information, visit the diocesan website.
