This Sunday, June 28, is the 4th Sunday after Pentecost (Proper 8). The Gospel lesson for this Sunday (Matt. 10:40-42), is a short passage- only 84 words long. But the word, "Welcome," is used 6 times by Jesus in this lesson. It is an important reminder to us that Jesus wants us to embrace everyone and be welcoming of all- regardless of any differences or issues.
St. Thomas' is going to have an in-person, outside worship service on Sunday, July 5. The service will only be held if it is not raining.People are asked to bring their own chairs (if possible) and everyone will be asked to wear a mask. The service will follow the guidelines prescribed by our Diocese (which can be found here). If you would like to attend on this day, please send a message to the priest (see contact information tab at the top of this page).
