MAY 13-CONGREGATIONAL UPDATE

This coming Sunday is the 6th Sunday of Easter.  The Gospel lesson appointed for this week begins with these great words from Jesus, "If you love me, you will keep my commandments."  At a time when we are missing our routines, we are missing our social times, and we are missing our worship services, it is so helpful to hear Jesus share this message.  It may be hard to live a normal life these days, but it is not hard to be a Christian.  Jesus makes it so simple.  Follow his rule- Love God and love each other.  Be creative and find ways to share that love- especially with those who need it at this time.  If you are aware of someone who has a need, contact the priest (info in the contact info. box).
